Great to meet you!

With warmth, humor, and a dash of my own imperfect humanity, I create an encouraging environment for you to heal. I believe that positive relationships are essential for wellbeing, and I aim to foster a genuine connection with you that is both safe and empowering. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and complex PTSD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help couples and individuals disrupt the patterns of thought and behavior that are keeping them stuck in emotional distress. I strive to make the most out of every session using evidence-based approaches such as internal family systems (IFS), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MCBT), and emotionally focused couples therapy (EFT).

What you can expect from our first session

I pride myself on working with people who, tired of living beneath their potential, are ready to move through the pain that is holding them back. I guide clients in accessing the practical skills, self-compassion, and confidence they need to live a life of love, connection, authenticity, and freedom.
