Hello! I am Hannah Sikorski and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2022. I specialize in various treatment areas including perinatal, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
I believe that the best way to process things through oneself is with movement and getting in-tune with the body. I utilize mindfulness practices, somatic techniques, EMDR, and movement in my practice.
I provide a direct and holistic approach to therapy. I approach each session with compassion, positive regard, warmth, and humor.
