Great to meet you!

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California (USC), where I studied International Relations and Business, before completing my graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, graduating with honors and earning membership in Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.

My clinical experience spans both community mental health and private practice. I have worked with underserved individuals facing complex mental health challenges and requiring higher levels of care, as well as adolescents and adults ranging in age from 13 to 65.

My commitment to continued learning includes completing a seven-month trauma-informed care training program with renowned trauma expert Dr. Bessel van der Kolk in 2024. I am also a certified Conscious Uncoupling Coach, with specialized training in helping individuals navigate relationship transitions, separation, divorce, and emotional healing.

I bring together a strong academic foundation, evidence-based clinical approaches, and an understanding of the mind-body connection to provide thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized care.

My approach to therapy

I am Inspired by empirical data and evidence-based treatments protocols and am drawn to the tenets of neuropsychology and psychobiology. I integrate the mind-body connection and how dysregulation are interconnected to support clients to identify how their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations influence each other, particularly when experiencing stress or trauma, with also teaching them tools to regulate their nervous system and achieve greater overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re experiencing, and what you hope to achieve. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with an understanding of the mind-body connection. Together, we’ll begin identifying how your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses influence one another, particularly during times of stress or emotional distress. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling more understood, with a sense of direction and practical insight into how we can work together to create meaningful, lasting change.
