I strive to provide a space that welcomes vulnerability and growth. I will collaborate with you to increase self-awareness, communication, and understanding of both you and the world around you. My goal is to help you connect with all parts of yourself and find ways to navigate through life with ease. I have personal and professional experience in working with LGBTQIA+ populations and their families.
I have a combination of a direct and open-minded approach to therapy. I am trained in EMDR and often use my knowledge of IFS/Parts Work along with a solution focused lens to best support my clients. I am a neurodivergent therapist (AuDHD) who brings that personal and professional experience into sessions helping you get therapy that meets your unique needs.
