Great to meet you!
I began my career as a special education teacher where I later transitioned to a social work role after I obtained my Master's Degree. I was then a school social worker, where I developed a strong foundation supporting children, adolescents, and families in navigating academic, social, and emotional challenges. Building on this experience, I transitioned into leadership roles, serving as a Clinical Director at two outpatient practices. In these roles, I have overseen clinical programming, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and supported the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education from Syracuse University, followed by a Master’s degree in Social Work from New York University. My educational background provides a comprehensive understanding of both developmental and clinical perspectives, which informs my integrative approach to treatment.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), life transitions, and relational challenges. My therapeutic style is both solution-focused and directive, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy. I aim to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
