Great to meet you!

Maybe you're holding it together on the outside and quietly exhausted underneath. Maybe you've been talking yourself out of your own feelings for so long you're not sure what you actually want anymore. Or maybe something happened and you just need somewhere to put it down. Therapy should be the one room where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or apologize for how you feel. You deserve to be heard and taken seriously exactly as you are, without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I'm collaborative, direct, and pretty down-to-earth. I speak fluent sarcasm and I'll laugh with you when a moment calls for it, but I also know when to sit still and hold space for the harder things. I draw on Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and CBT, shaped around what you actually need rather than a fixed protocol.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have any of it figured out before you reach out. If this sounds like you, send me a message and we'll talk about what you're looking for and whether I'm the right fit. The first step is usually the hardest, and I'd be glad to make it an easier one.
