Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for supporting individuals and families during the transformative journey of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. These transitions can be tender and complex, filled with both possibility and challenge, and my goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space to navigate them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I believe healing unfolds when we feel deeply seen, heard, and supported. I draw on mindfulness, somatic awareness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and parts work inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients develop greater self-understanding, compassion, and integration. Before becoming a therapist, I studied voice performance, and I carry this love of creative expression into my work. I see therapy as a process of reconnecting with our “true voice” — whether that shows up as intuition, expression, authenticity, or agency. Together, we’ll explore how your experiences, relationships, cultural identity, and even intergenerational patterns shape who you are and how you want to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to gain clarity, insight, and a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and the experiences shaping your life. I provide psychoeducation to help you understand the emotional, psychological, and physiological aspects of the challenges you’re facing. You’ll have space to explore your emotions, uncover your “true voice,” and connect with your inner wisdom. Together, we’ll develop strategies, tools, and practices to support healing, self-compassion, and personal growth, helping you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you are and who you want to become.
