Hannah Trible

I am a licensed therapist in Charlottesville, Virginia with 10 years of clinical experience working with clients on building relational skills with Self and others, cultivating energy and motivation, healing spiritual trauma & navigating transformational life changes.

I am also trained as a life coach and group facilitator, specializing in personal growth and life-force alignment for those who find themselves in the margins and borderlands: twentysomethings, creatives, changers.

I believe that all people are inherently whole and possessing of tremendous power, love, and creativity. My role as your therapist is to accompany you on the journey of re-discovering those qualities and capacities within yourself that will most support you through life's joys and challenges. I hold the mirror and the space for you to see yourself increasingly clearly.

My intention for working with clients is that each session will be an experience of value, and sometimes of exceptional value.
