Great to meet you!

I have a fairly different approach in a few ways. I'm very client-centered and nonjudgmental, which means I always assume you're doing your best with the tools and skills you have, we just need to figure out what you need to get towards your goals. I am also neurodivergent, LGBTQ, and polyamorous.

My approach to therapy

I consider myself eclectic, but the core of my practice is ACT, IFS, and EMDR. I find my approach works for a variety of people, even those that haven't had success in therapy before.

What you can expect from me

A sense of actually moving towards their goals without being judged. It's a hard balance for anyone to strike, including therapists, but I've developed a particular skill set and have a particular personality that makes me pretty adept at helping you get to where you want to be by approaching it in a way that actually makes sense but that you may not have tried.
