Great to meet you!

Hannah Widmer brings a calm presence, nonjudgmental spirit, and sense of humor to her clients, creating a safe and affirming space. She specializes in relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, and identity development for women and LGBTQ+-identified individuals. She practices relational-cultural therapy, EMDR, and CBT and has 10 years of experience in the field.

My approach to therapy

Hannah believes that the key to a successful therapy experience is the collaborative relationship between the therapist and the client and that the process of healing begins with social connectivity and relationship. Throughout the therapeutic process, clients could expect to discuss their relationship with their therapist, themselves, close social network, family, and community.

What you can expect from me

In your work with Hannah, you may focus on thought patterns, relational dynamics, triggers, and patterns regarding coping and managing symptoms. Hannah would love all her clients to reframing negative thought patterns, build insight into past relational patterns, and creating more fulfilling relationships.
