Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Hannah, and I'm passionate about helping individuals discover their inner strength through the transformative power of professional counseling. With over 6 years of experience, I've had the privilege of guiding clients through their healing journeys.I provide professional counseling for children, adolecents, and adults using talk and art based approaches. I integrate creative and expressive interventions when clinically appropriate, especially for those who benefit from nonverbal processing. Clients are never required to engage in art activities, and no artistic skills are needed. My work is trauma-informed, client centered, and focused on practical meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in a humanistic perspective, meaning I believe each person has an innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. Our work together is collaborative and centered around you. Rather than focusing on “fixing” you, I view therapy as a process of helping you reconnect with your own inner resources and potential.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe to be themselves and share openly. Building a strong, trusting relationship is a central part of the process, and sessions are designed to feel supportive, collaborative, and respectful of each client’s pace. At the beginning of our work together, we will identify clear, meaningful goals based on what matters most to you. These goals help guide our sessions and give us a way to track progress over time, while still allowing flexibility as your needs evolve.
