Great to meet you!

I’m a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine. I help individuals navigate ADHD, depression, anxiety, panic, social anxiety, OCD,, mood disorders, and chronic stress.

Through personalized medication management and practical therapy strategies, my goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and work toward changes that matter to you—whether that means feeling more comfortable around others, staying focused, or getting through the day with less worry and exhaustion.

My approach to therapy

We’ll talk about what’s been difficult, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will change. My background in psychiatric and family care helps me consider your mental and physical health together. I look at how sleep, stress, daily routines, and medical concerns may be affecting how you feel.

When medication is part of your plan, we’ll discuss your options, potential benefits, and side effects, with room for your questions and preferences. I also use CBT-informed and supportive therapy techniques to help you work through unhelpful thought patterns and build skills for managing difficult emotions and everyday stress. We’ll adjust your plan as your needs evolve.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have everything figured out before your first visit. We’ll discuss your concerns, health history, previous treatment experiences, and how you’re doing in everyday life, then develop a plan together.

Patients describe my style as calm, open, and easy to talk to. You can expect a judgment-free space, time for questions, and clear next steps at a manageable pace.
