Great to meet you!
I’m a warm, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and able to explore their inner world without judgment. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, cultural identity, and the quiet emotional weight of trying to hold everything together on their own.
I’m especially drawn to working with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck in painful relational patterns, or somehow disconnected from themselves, even if it’s hard to put that experience into words. I’m also deeply aware of how culture, family expectations, and identity can shape the way we relate to ourselves, others, and our emotions.
I earned my master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, and my additional training includes CBT through the Beck Institute and IFS Level 1. I offer therapy in both English and Mandarin, and I hope to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully human—where you can feel seen, respected, and understood.
