Great to meet you!

I am a queer, immigrant, gender non-conforming therapist focusing on trauma, identity-struggles, neurodiversity and personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe in care that is evidence-based and that can help my clients reach their goals. I help people identify how their past experiences are influencing their present, and recognizing things that truly matter to them. I focus on helping a person use that insight into working towards healing from the past, and building towards a hopeful future. I see myself as someone who joins my clients on their life journey and serve their needs in their attempt to improve their lives.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that I can create a safe space which fuels a person’s growth and enhances their life in a way that they can achieve their goals.
