Great to meet you!

I've spent more than three years working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in a busy outpatient clinic, and I love this work. I see clients twelve and up and welcome people with all kinds of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. I like to keep things simple and honest with the people I work with. I ask questions, I listen, and I tell you what I'm thinking so we can build a plan together. I'm currently seeing clients on Fridays and Saturdays, plus some weekday afternoons, and I'm looking forward to growing that time as I get to know more clients like you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward and warm. I want you to feel comfortable telling me what's really going on, whether that's depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or something else entirely. I stay open to whatever you bring into the room, and I'll always be honest with you about options and next steps.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you in and what you're hoping to get out of care. I'll ask clear questions about your history and current symptoms, and we'll start shaping a plan together. You can expect a relaxed, judgment free conversation from the very start.
