Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Renewed Harmony Counseling PLLC, where I work with adults and teens seeking both practical support and deeper self-understanding. My work is shaped not only by clinical training, but by a deep respect for how complex, painful, and transformative it can be to be human.

I work with individuals navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, emotional intensity, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, and questions surrounding identity, meaning, and self-understanding. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals managing bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance use, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, chronic suicidality, self-harming behaviors, panic disorder, and other complex mental health experiences. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am deeply committed to providing affirming, inclusive care and creating a therapeutic space where clients of all identities feel safe, respected, and supported without judgment.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is not about becoming someone else, but about returning more honestly to yourself. When we make space to turn inward—with curiosity rather than judgment—we often begin to uncover not only relief, but a deeper sense of meaning, resilience, and connection. My hope is to offer a therapeutic space that feels thoughtful, steady, and deeply supportive of that process.

I’ve had the privilege of working across a range of treatment settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and private practice. My approach is grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and shaped by an existential orientation that makes space for both practical change and deeper exploration.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach utilizing DBT and Solution-focused therapies with an existential theoretical orientation.
