My practice is patient-focused which means I empower my patients to reach their goals. I take the time to get to know each client and their unique needs. I will work with you to build a collaborative plan of care. I focus treatment on current evidence-based treatment approaches. I also combine medication management with therapy to work towards our goals. I believe that mental health is not a one fits all approach and we will work together to find the best solution that works for you.
