Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of psychiatric conditions across the lifespan. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey.

I earned my advanced nursing education with specialized training in psychiatry and mental health and have experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My clinical background allows me to approach mental health care with a comprehensive medical perspective while also honoring the emotional, psychological, and social factors that influence well-being. I value collaboration and believe that effective treatment begins with truly understanding each client’s unique story, challenges, and goals.

“BraveMinds Mental Health Services”

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, and ADHD. I work collaboratively with clients to develop realistic and effective treatment plans, focusing not only on symptom relief but also on long-term stability, functioning, and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a comprehensive and thorough evaluation of your mental health needs. This initial appointment includes an in-depth discussion of your current concerns, psychiatric history, medical background, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. I take the time to listen carefully and ask thoughtful questions to gain a complete understanding of your experiences.
