Great to meet you!

My approach is unusual because I've worked in many different settings. My experience as an executive coach enables me to help people with career issues, relationship dynamics and life transitions. It also means I'm not afraid to give advice. My experience working with young adults has given me a different view on life transitions, and the ability to guide people when they're afraid and feeling unprepared for what life is throwing at them. I'm passionate about my work, and I bring all of my life experience and my decades of clinical training and practice to each client relationship.

My approach to therapy

I want to learn about you. I have been told that my approach is supportive, trustworthy, and practical. I want to concentrate on strengthening your problem-solving and decision-making skills while we develop strategies to cope with and navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Working with me, clients should expect to engage in self-reflection and gain meaningful insights into themselves. Personal change occurs through active exploration of behavior and its consequences. I will assist you in experimenting with alternate mindsets, behaviors, and assumptions that will provide greater success.
