I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Since 2012, I have served three years in Family Medicine and five years in Sleep Medicine. Since March 2021, I have provided comprehensive mental health care for clients presenting with a diverse range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, autism, and schizophrenia. I am currently accepting new clients aged 15 and older.
I aim to empower individuals on their wellness journey through a collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach. I have served thousands of clients in sleep medicine and family medicine before specializing in mental health. Therefore, I advocate for a holistic strategy that includes lifestyle factors, sleep issues, and personal challenges affecting mental health.
