My name is Harrison Drew. I am a clinical mental health counselor with an Education Specialist degree from Middle Tennessee State University. I primarily work with the child and adolescent population but I am open to all who are looking for help. I can help address a variety of areas of need such as but not limited to Anxiety, Life Transitions, Depression, and ASD.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. You will learn to regulate the emotions that feel out of control and develop coping skills to help prepare you for challenges in the future. We will work together to address faulty thinking and traps that we all can fall into.
We typically work together on developing goals and see what the the optimal outcome of treatment for you is. I create an environment which allows you to feel comfortable and to be able to focus on the work which we do together
