Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I help men navigate the pressures of high-demand careers and the challenges that can impact their relationships and personal lives. If you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, disconnected from the people who matter most, or caught in unhealthy coping patterns, I provide a direct, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where lasting change is possible.

I specialize in helping men who struggle with pornography and sex addiction, as well as the shame, secrecy, and relationship pain that often accompany these behaviors. Together, we'll identify the underlying issues driving these patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, rebuild trust and connection, and develop practical tools to help you live with greater integrity, purpose, and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a direct, supportive approach that helps you feel understood without judgment. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and trained in Post Induction Therapy (PIT), I focus on how early life experiences shape current behaviors and relationships. Using a trauma-informed approach, I help you uncover and work through core relational patterns. The goal is to create lasting change in how you connect with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In your first sessions, I will focus on helping you slow down and begin connecting with your emotions in a clear, manageable way. I’ll introduce practical tools you can use right away, with a structured, task-based approach so each session feels focused and productive. Together, we’ll identify key challenges and set goals that matter to you. Early outcomes often include greater self-awareness, improved emotional control, and a clearer path forward.
