My passions are in trauma/PTSD and depression treatments. Having worked in the mental health field for 10 years, I have had the pleasure of meeting all types of people and enjoy each challenge. I especially enjoy connecting with young adults and middle adults going through life transitions and career changes.

Choosing the right medication is a collaborative approach - discussions about benefits, side effects, and trials. Lifestyle is also a major factor in revealing mental health.

Your past is imperative in understanding what shaped you, but it is up to you to determine who you choose to be. I like to know people's background from childhood dynamics to nutritional background and incorporate lifestyle changes to improve your overall mental wellbeing.

Initial evaluation is 50-60 minutes.

Follow-up medication managements are 15-20 minutes.
