Great to meet you!

I specialize in medication management for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD, and work best with motivated adults who are ready to take an active role in their mental health. I have a particular passion for college students, young professionals, and adults navigating major life and career transitions. Alongside medication management, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to address negative automatic thoughts and beliefs we have about ourselves and others that keep us stuck, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) - a highly effective, evidence-based approach for single-event trauma, flashbacks, and distressing life experiences.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach evaluating sleep, diet, movement, relationships, and routine labs alongside symptoms because lasting wellness goes beyond a prescription. Medication is used intentionally to stabilize, with the goal of tapering when clinically appropriate. For patients discontinuing antidepressants, I utilize hyperbolic tapering to minimize withdrawal and support a smoother, safer transition.

What you can expect from me

My clinical journey has been shaped by diverse environments and a deep commitment to meeting patients where they are.
