Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing therapy in both outpatient and hospital based settings. I work with individuals, couples and families facing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and complex medical or emotional stressors. My background includes crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with medical, hospice and community providers.

I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, respectful space where they feel heard, validated, supported and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based, trauma-focused, and client centered. I use evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Therapy is collaborative and focused on helping clients build insight, expand and develop effective coping skills and reduce distress related to mental health and relational challenges.

I place a strong emphasis on self-advocacy and empowerment, supporting clients in making meaningful, sustainable changes both in and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to begin building trust in a comfortable, non-judgmental environment. We will work on rapport building where you will talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and review relevant aspects of your personal history at a pace that feels right for you.

You can expect thoughtful questions, compassionate listening, and a collaborative discussion about next steps. Together, we will begin creating a treatment plan that aligns with your needs, values, and strengths.
