Great to meet you!

I don't go through the motions — I go the extra mile. That's been true for 25 years, and it's the standard I hold myself to with every single person I work with.

I'm Hawley Jennifer Campbell — a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with clinical experience spanning Women's Health, Obstetrics, Emergency Medicine, and psychiatric care. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, insomnia, and perinatal mental health.

My clients leave feeling heard, understood, and finally clear on what's been driving how they feel.

Whether you're looking for medication management, collaborative care with your therapist, or you're just starting out or ready to go deeper — I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with one belief: that you are a complete person, not a collection of symptoms. Before I can help you, I need to truly understand you — your history, your sleep, your stress, your relationships, and what your life actually feels like day-to-day.

From there, I build a treatment plan that's yours alone. That might mean medication management, coaching, therapeutic support, or all three — depending on what you need. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. I believe in asking the right questions, connecting the dots, and staying genuinely curious about what makes you who you are.

My clients leave our sessions feeling heard, understood, and empowered — not just with a plan, but with a real understanding of themselves. That's what drives me every single day.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a deep dive into you — not just your symptoms. I want to understand the full picture: what's been going on mentally, physically, and emotionally, because everything is connected. Your sleep, your hormones, your history, your stress — they all shape how you feel and function, and I take all of it seriously.

By the end, you'll understand what's been driving your experience — and we'll build a treatment approach together that addresses you as a complete person, not just a diagnosis.
