Great to meet you!

Dual board-certified PMHNP & FNP with 25 years of nursing experience in women's health and obstetrics. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, insomnia, and perinatal mental health — offering medication management and CBT therapy. You'll feel heard, understood, and clear on what's been driving how you feel.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with one belief: you are a complete person, not a collection of symptoms. Before I can help, I need to truly understand you — your history, your sleep, your stress, your relationships, and what your life actually feels like day-to-day.

From there, I build a treatment plan that's yours alone — medication management, CBT-informed therapeutic support, coaching, or a combination, depending on what you need. I don't do one-size-fits-all care. I ask the right questions, connect the dots, and stay genuinely curious about what makes you who you are.

My clients leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered — not just with a plan, but with a real understanding of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is dedicated to truly understanding you. We'll go beyond your symptoms to look at the full picture: your physical health, emotional well-being, sleep, stress, and personal history. Because everything is connected, I take it all seriously. By the end of our time together, you'll have a clearer sense of what's shaping your experience, and we’ll collaboratively create a care plan that honors you as a whole person.
