Great to meet you!

For about five years I’ve had the honor of supporting adults navigating mood fluctuations, grief and loss, identity exploration, and the patterns of disconnection and repair that shape our relationships. I care deeply about relationship building, exploring identity, and moving past the labels that can leave us feeling boxed in. I hold in mind how the bigger systems around us affect our emotional well being, and I especially love working with people who are curious about purpose, connection, and a deeper sense of self. Wherever you are, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

I bring an anti oppressive, person centered lens shaped by my own identity as a queer and trans man. Together, we can explore how your stories, values, relationships, and context shape how you see yourself. I tend to be less directive while gently challenging the patterns that keep you stuck, always honoring you as the expert of your own life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get grounded in what brings you in and what you’re hoping to shift. I’ll ask about the relationships that matter to you, your daily rhythms, your sources of support, and the experiences that shaped you. My hope is to create a space where you feel real trust and clarity. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
