Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life. My experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, stress-related concerns, and other psychiatric conditions across various treatment settings.

I believe mental health care should be collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. Every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Whether you're seeking help for a new concern or looking to improve existing symptoms, my goal is to help you develop a treatment plan that aligns with your personal goals and supports long-term wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive therapeutic techniques to address both symptoms and underlying challenges. I take time to understand each client's experiences, strengths, and goals before developing a personalized treatment plan.

I view treatment as a partnership. Together, we will evaluate symptoms, discuss treatment options, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed. I prioritize education and transparency so clients feel informed and confident in their care decisions.

My focus is not only symptom reduction but also helping clients build resilience, improve daily functioning, and achieve meaningful improvements in their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first appointment, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to treatment. I will gather information about your current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals.

We will review any previous experiences with therapy or psychiatric medications and discuss concerns or questions you may have. By the end of the session, we'll work together to develop an initial treatment plan that may include medication recommendations, therapeutic interventions, lifestyle strategies, or referrals when appropriate.

My goal is for you to leave the first appointment feeling understood, informed, and with a clear plan for moving forward.
