Great to meet you!

If you're navigating stress, anxiety, or a major life transition, you don't have to figure it out alone

I'm a licensed Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults through stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationships. I have a particular focus on modern relationships challenges such as dating/situationships, communication difficulties, relational patterns and navigating healthy relationships. Especially for young adults navigating these experiences for the first time in new ways.

I work with high-achieving professionals and young adults balancing career demands and emotional wellbeing who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking and people-pleasing.

My approach combines evidence-based practice with practical, real-world strategies designed to create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in brief, goal-oriented therapy which means we work efficiently and intentionally, with a clear focus on results that matter to you.

Every person's journey is different, and I tailor my work to fit yours.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, structured and supportive approach to therapy.

We work together to clarify what you want to change, set meaningful goals, and build practical strategies you can apply in everyday life. I bring both clinical foundation and human warmth to make the process feel grounded and forward moving.

I am committed to creating a respectful, safe space where you are genuinely heard and each session moves you closer to clarity, confidence and the life you're working toward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused, welcoming and purposeful.

We will take time to explore what brought you in, clarify your goals, and begin mapping out a direction that makes sense for you. My aim is for you to walk away with at least one insight or practical strategy you can begin using right away.

From the very start, sessions are designed to be practical and meaningful and momentum building, so you can see progress and not just talk about it.
