Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Hayley Craig! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years as a practicing therapist and over 15 years of experience in the field of mental health. I have worked in multiple settings like community mental health, integrated care, and group practice. Through my private practice I provide compassionate evidence-based care.

I believe therapy should be a space clients feel safe enough to be bravely honest and themselves. I provide a warm, down-to-earth environment that helps clients feel comfortable and understood. I enjoy working with teens and adults navigating disordered eating, self-worth, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression and relationship challenges, with a growing focus on maternal and perinatal mental health. I am currently pursuing perinatal mental health certification to better support patients during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a space for growth, healing, and connection—and I am honored to walk alongside clients on their journey. My approach is grounded in empathy, flexibility, and patience. I combine multiple modalities like cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, emotion-focused, and strengths-based therapy while employing systems frameworks to meet each client’s needs. Life can be hard and it is a privilege to help others navigate it and live as their best selves.

What you can expect from me

I try to meet each person where they are and work along with them to get where they want to be. I work with clients to identify the barriers they want to overcome and celebrate the progress and positives along the way. In order to work together, I believe it is important clients feel comfortable enough to be honest with me about their needs and wants for therapy. Each session may vary depending on how clients feel, and there is always space for new things to arise. I will be changing office locations in August to a space in Fishers,IN.
