My name is Hayley Crossley and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my MSW from USC and my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. I have professional experience working in community mental health, college, private practice, and dual-diagnosis treatment settings with underserved and minority populations. I additionally specialize in working with college students and the unique life transition stressors that come with being in college.
I approach treatment with a trauma-informed lens and integrate my social work values to help clients identify barriers and stressors impacting their functioning from the systems they live in and are a part of. I am trained in EMDR therapy and often use this therapy to help clients reprocess traumatic/distressing events and limiting self-beliefs. I utilize strengths-based approaches to help my clients draw upon existing resources in their lives’ to foster a sense of empowerment. My clients are always the experts of their bodies and experiences, which should always be honored.
I want my clients to leave their treatment with me feeling empowered and able to manage triggers, emotions, stress, and any difficulties with more ease and confidence. We will discuss a treatment plan and goals upon meeting that are tailored to your individual needs.
