Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based strategies. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sport Psychology from Texas Christian University and my Master of Education in Counseling with a focus on Athletic Counseling. My background in performance psychology allows me to integrate mental skills training into sessions—helping clients strengthen focus, build resilience, and manage high-pressure situations both in and out of sport. I have extensive experience working with trauma, relationships, and attachment patterns, and I’m trained in EMDR therapy to help clients process unresolved experiences and reclaim a sense of control over their lives. I’ve worked with diverse populations, including adults, young professionals, and individuals navigating major life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and grounded in both science and empathy. I integrate EMDR, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and attachment-focused work to help clients heal from past experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and develop effective tools for the future. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you access your own resilience, uncover patterns that no longer serve you, and foster lasting change. Sessions are a mix of reflection, skill-building, and practical strategies tailored to your goals.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself, practical tools to navigate challenges, and a renewed sense of empowerment. Many clients share that they walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more capable of handling life’s stressors. Over time, you’ll gain strategies to break unhelpful patterns, strengthen relationships, and approach life with more confidence, self-compassion, and purpose.
