I am an LCSW in the states of Florida and Arizona. I offer in-person therapy in Lakeland, FL and telehealth throughout FL and AZ. I have been practicing therapy since 2019 and opened my practice in May 2026. I have my Masters in Social Work from Southeastern University, where I graduated in 2020. I also have my Bachelors of Science, majoring in Psychology from Florida Southern College (2017) in Lakeland, FL.
I enjoy getting to know what makes you, you. I offer reflection and support while also keeping things light where appropriate, and holding space for the heavier things when you don't want to hold it all yourself. I specialize in helping young women move past all of this to heal anxiety, attachment wounds, and the complicated relationship patterns keeping you stuck.
Together, we go deeper than surface-level coping. Using an attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach, we’ll uncover the what is driving your anxiety in your relationships, things like overthinking, people-pleasing, or losing your sense of self. Using CBT, DBT, & ACT, we’ll practice setting boundaries without guilt and build self-trust that is lasting.
Our first session will be all about getting to know you, past, present and future. We will deep dive into what brings you to therapy, what you are looking for from therapy and everything in between. We will chat about your goals, and create a comprehensive plan to meet those goals, together. I am here to help you find your voice.
