Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Hayley, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I specialize in women's mental health, with a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, pregnancy loss, & the emotional transitions that come with becoming a parent. I also support women navigating the emotional and psychological changes associated with perimenopause and menopause.

I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and self-esteem challenges.

I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and am committed to providing a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, I'm here to help you build resilience, gain insight, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and person-centered therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make your first session feel as comfortable and welcoming as possible. During our initial appointment, we'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what has brought you to therapy, exploring your personal history, and identifying the goals you'd like to work toward.
