Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents to express their emotions, process past experiences, and work through challenges using Play Therapy. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and their parents build resilience and strengthen family relationships. I also have experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors.

My approach to therapy

Children and adolescents are met with a supportive, creative, and nonjudgmental environment where they are safe to express themselves. Play is the primary language of children and provides a developmentally appropriate way for them to communicate. I utilize Child-Centered, Trauma-Informed, and Directive Play Therapy approaches, as well as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support healing and create meaningful change. Parent collaboration is an essential part of the therapeutic process and helps strengthen parent-child communication and family relationships.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapist who is warm, supportive, and committed to helping them feel understood. My goal is to help clients build coping skills, increase confidence, and experience meaningful change in their daily lives. Parents can expect collaboration and practical tools to better support their child and create a more peaceful home environment.
