Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Hayley, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 13 years of experience helping people through some of life's transitions and hardest moments across hospital, county, and community settings. I'm trained in DBT and EMDR, and I draw on these and other evidence-based approaches to support clients working through trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Reaching out takes courage, and I want therapy to feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're struggling or simply ready to feel more like yourself again, I'd be honored to support you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed -I believe you're the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you while we build on your strengths and add new tools for what feels overwhelming. Drawing on DBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches, I tailor our work to fit you -whether that means learning practical skills to manage intense emotions, processing past trauma at a pace that feels safe, or simply having a steady, supportive space to think things through. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a partnership, where you set the direction and I help you find a way forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other -there's no pressure to dive into anything before you're ready. I'll ask some questions about what's bringing you in, what you're hoping to work on, and a bit about your background and history, while leaving plenty of room for you to share at your own pace. It's also your time to ask me questions and get a feel for how we might work together, since finding the right fit matters. By the end, we'll start thinking about goals and what a path forward could look like. Mostly, I want you to leave feeling heard, respected, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
