Great to meet you!

I became a mental health counselor because I want to empower my clients to build the lives they want and deserve to have by helping them develop the skills and support they need to do so. As a therapist, my first goal is to create a space where you feel safe and understood. I utilize a person-centered, integrative approach in session and tailor treatment plans to support individual needs and strengths. I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA community, those who have experienced trauma, and those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and general problems of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to help clients learn skills and find insight into themselves and their own behaviors. I integrate different therapeutic interventions to provide person-centered care and tailor treatment to the individual.

What you can expect from me

Client will learn to manage their urges, better tolerate and identify their emotions, and learn more about themselves throughout treatment.
