Great to meet you!

Hi there! I enjoy working with individuals navigating perinatal challenges, including infertility, grief, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I also work with clients facing challenges related to life transitions, such as beginning or ending school, marriage, changing careers, break-ups, parenting, and managing health concerns. In my practice, I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and validated.

My approach to therapy

I use a humanistic and strengths-based approach, meaning I meet my client's where they are in their journey and provide support and insight as needed.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, my focus is to ensure a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship. I hope to build this therapeutic relationship by getting to know each other and move at your pace to ensure each need is met!
