Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hayley. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified in Telemental Health Counseling. I’ve had the privilege of working in various settings, including community agencies, private practice, and drug and alcohol facilities. I believe that every person is unique, which is why I take an eclectic approach to therapy by using a mix of techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques to meet each individual’s needs. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel supported on your healing journey. I am here to offer empathy, acceptance, and respect without any judgment. By customizing my approach to fit your specific situation, I hope to provide effective and personalized treatment that feels just right for you.

My approach to therapy

I utilize evidence-based therapies, including Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy & Trauma-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

The first session is the beginning of an exciting journey together. It’s our opportunity to explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals in a relaxed and friendly environment. I hope to create a warm and welcoming space where you will feel comfortable sharing whatever is on your mind. During our time together, I’ll get to know you better, understanding your experiences, values, and what brings you to therapy. I will also share a little about myself and my approach, as I believe that openness is essential for building a strong connection. Together, we’ll establish a positive atmosphere for our future sessions, paving the way for collaboration, growth, and discovery.
