I encourage my clients to use art in ways that align with their therapy goals; whether that means painting through grief, using clay and sculpture for regulation, collaging to explore symbolism and identity, and many more modalities. You don't have to be an artist, or have any experience in art to do art therapy!
Not interested in art? I offer more traditional verbal therapy as well. I support clients navigating depression and anxiety, building self-esteem and exploring identity, establishing healthy relationships and communication. As an LGBTQ+ provider, clients’ identities are celebrated and supported throughout our therapy journey!
I offer both virtual and in-person sessions, please don't hesitate to reach out and schedule a free 15 minute consultation so we can connect and see if its a good fit!
