Great to meet you!

I am an experienced clinician with over 15 years of experience working with clients through life’s ups and downs. I am especially passionate about the intersection of physical and mental health. If you have noticed that your stress and physical health are connected, I might be the person for you.

My approach to therapy

I work from an intersectional lens to understand how all aspects of your experience, from the societal level to the individual level, impact your wellbeing. My approach is informed by CBT, DBT, ACT and relational theories. I am also completing certification in hypnotherapy. Together we move towards living the life you find most meaningful.

What you can expect from me

After a session it is my hope that a client takes the learning from the session into their week. This may mean using skills we talked about in session or it could mean just noticing a new feeling or being open to new experiences throughout the week. My hope is that patients leave the session feeling growth, that may not always emotionally feel "good" rather leaving sessions feeling confident you have learned more about yourself during our time together.
