Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with a passion for supporting those navigating the complexities of neurodivergence and the lasting impact of trauma. I work with adolescents and adults who identify as autistic, ADHD, or otherwise neurodivergent, to grow in self-understanding, self-advocacy, and learn strategies that better align with their unique ways of thinking and navigating the world. Through trauma-informed care, I am able to understand how past experiences - especially those that disrupt family, developmental and relational growth - impact current emotional and behavioral patterns. Together, we will work to create a space that feels safe, validating, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I pull from different evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, somatic-based therapies, and mindfulness to meet your individual needs. Whether you are looking for help with focus, time-management, relationships, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, emotional regulation, or identity exploration, I aim to offer a therapeutic environment where healing and growth are possible, all while being allowed to be yourself.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect to be seen, heard, and supported. I set up an environment that focuses on better understanding your experiences and needs going forward. We will work together to set goals for growth and healing and discuss next steps to support your mental well-being.
