Great to meet you!

My two passions in life are being a therapist and traveling the world. I completed my master's in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. I love working with all individuals who need the extra help during the hardest times of their lives. I have professional experience with all ages. I have experience with anxiety, depression, high risk, stress management, trauma and more. In my professional journey I have worked in various environments including inpatient and outpatient.

My approach to therapy

I can help you manage stress, anxiety, fears and more. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate CBT and mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.

What you can expect from me

I help individuals find motivation, find solutions and create happiness in their lives. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice and I'm here to help you throughout your journey. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hurdles. Clients often feel stuck, overwhelmed, depressed or anxious, and I’m here to help.
