Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my practice is focused on providing evidenced-based support to help adults facing anxiety, depression, relational challenges, grief, life transitions and other situational stressors. With over two decades of clinical experience, the scope of my practice spans multiple care settings, including private practice, nonprofit sectors, senior living, schools and other community settings, which in turn has provided me the opportunity to work with clients of all cultural backgrounds and walks of life.

Outside of my clinical practice, I prioritize a healthy, active lifestyle, spending much of my time exploring my city and attending local cultural events.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is whole‐person and collaborative, integrating emotional wellbeing, daily functioning, and healthy lifestyle habits to support the mind‐body connection. I bring a grounding presence and a clear, organized style to help clients break down concerns into manageable parts, identify patterns, and build practical skills that support meaningful change. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, supported, and actively involved in shaping their progress, and I aim to create a space where growth feels achievable, sustainable, and aligned with their overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a comfortable, easy conversation where we get to know what’s been going on and what they’d like support with. I take a calm, organized approach, helping clarify goals and what feels most important to address right now. We’ll talk through daily stressors, routines, and wellbeing to understand the full picture, then outline a direction that feels supportive and manageable. My aim is for clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident about our next steps together.
