Welcome! My name is Hazel, and I am a LCPC in Colorado and Illinois with 8 years of experience working with individuals, and couples. Additionally, I have my Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis which has given me the well rounded knowledge of how to provide mental health support along side behavioral support to individuals. I specialize in OCD, mood related disorders, attachment concerns, trauma (I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional), ADHD, and Borderline personality.
