Great to meet you!

I became a social worker because I believe people are more capable of change than they are often given credit for—they need the right support to get there.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience working with individuals, families, and couples of all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and mood disorders, ADHD, autism, and emotional dysregulation — but I'm always focused on the whole person, not just the diagnosis. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, because some of the most powerful change happens when the people around you understand you better, too.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct and warm—I listen carefully, ask honest questions, and offer real perspective. I work with you, not just for you. Together, we focus on understanding what's truly driving your struggles, not just how to manage them.

I take a diverse and individualized approach to treatment because I recognize that everyone's needs, experiences, and goals are different. I help you find an approach that feels right for you and make sure the tools we build together are practical, effective, and sustainable in everyday life.

Therapy should feel like meaningful progress, not just a process.

What you can expect from me

Expect an honest, low-pressure conversation — not an interrogation or a checklist. The first session is about you. I spend that time really listening because I want to understand your story, your history, and what brought you here before I ever suggest a direction.

By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of what we might focus on together and what the work ahead could look like. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling like you can breathe a little easier than when you walked in—and like this might actually be the right fit.

There are no wrong answers and nothing you need to have figured out before we meet. Just come as you are.
