Great to meet you!

My priority is to foster a therapeutic environment that feels encouraging, warm, and genuine. I care deeply about using a non-judgmental approach as we navigate complex emotions, challenging relationships, and transitional periods. I believe that therapy can be a transformative experience when given a space that invites vulnerability, curiosity and inspires introspection. My goal is to welcome opportunities for personal reflection and change, while working together to process any anxieties or unresolved feelings. I feel confident that together we can cultivate greater self-understanding, fulfillment, and joy in your life.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about working with individuals and couples through a dynamic lens, which recognizes the intersecting elements of your identity. I use a psychodynamic approach and draw from various evidence-based techniques. Together, we can collaborate on a healing journey that feels empowering and embraces all aspects of who you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to explore what feels most important to you right now. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and empowered in your journey. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you as we explore what has brought you to therapy, the experiences that have shaped you, and what you're navigating today. There is no expectation to have everything figured out. I believe meaningful therapy begins with curiosity and self-exploration, and together we can develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what matters most to you, and identify a path forward that feels authentic and aligned with your goals.
