Haziel Williams, MA, LPC works all to meet the unique needs of her clients. She uses Sand Tray, Art and Music Therapy with her with children and adolescents. She uses CBT, DBT, EMDR and Solution Focused Therapy with her adult client to facilitate the changes they are looking to achieve. She uses Gottman Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy and Solution Focused to with couples and families to meet their goals. She incorporates client’s foundational belief structure into the counseling process.

My approach to therapy

I meet my clients with warmth and understanding. I create a safe and comfortable environment that encourages open communication and goal setting. I believe each person has the ability to make the changes they are looking for in them selves when given they encouragement and structure they need.

Clients will gain improved confidence in their ability to cope with life stresses by implementing life and relationship changes they have gained from therapy.
