Great to meet you!

I provide a supportive, evidence-based approach to therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and related life challenges. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, develop practical coping strategies, and build lasting resilience.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented. I believe that each person's experiences are unique, so I tailor treatment to meet individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate clinically supported techniques to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward meaningful, sustainable change.

Whether you're navigating chronic stress, overwhelming anxiety, life transitions, or feeling stuck, I strive to help you gain insight, strengthen your coping skills, and improve your overall well-being. I value open communication, respect, and a strong therapeutic relationship, and I work alongside clients to support their personal growth and help them achieve their treatment goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, and client-centered. I believe that meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect. I work alongside clients to understand their unique experiences, identify patterns that contribute to anxiety and stress, and develop practical strategies to navigate life's challenges.

I tailor treatment to each individual's goals and strengths, recognizing that no two clients are the same. Using clinically supported interventions, I help clients build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to difficult situations. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and confidence to create lasting, meaningful change while fostering resilience and overall emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve. This initial meeting is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.

My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying your strengths, exploring the challenges you're facing, and developing an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs. You can expect the first session to be collaborative, focused on understanding your unique experiences, and centered on establishing a strong foundation for our work together.
