I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a mindfulness-based approach that focuses on helping you to figure out what really matters to you and helps you to create the kind of life that you want to live.

I avoid using a "cookie-cutter" approach to therapy and make sure that the experience feels unique to you and to your needs.
